Offering a one-of-a-kind Detroit Coney Island taste, we get many of our menu items directly from Detroit to prepare for you. Our owner, Gary Olszewski, built Firehouse 115 in 2007, opening it as Da Dawg House. Upon returning in 2019, Gary and his son Jason decided to rename it Firehouse 115.
When approaching the building, you can see the quality and care put into everything inside and out. It’s hard to miss the pride and care that what our family puts into the business. We are an authentic Detroit Coney Island experience, as we get things from Detroit directly to prepare for you.
Whether you are interested in breakfast, lunch or dinner, we have a wide variety of Firehouse specials available that include our Firehouse hash, dalmatian chow, L. Georges omelet, the big O, Firehouse 115 patty melt and more.
